Blue Stone Medical is seeking the services of an experienced Administration Assistant that has the ability to work in a team environment to meet daily deadlines within our Registered Training Organisation located at Berserker.
This position would suit a good all rounder that is looking for a fulltime position that entails 5 days a week in an ever growing accredited training environment.
The primary purpose of this role includes:
- Answering all incoming phone calls for our Rockhampton Campus
- Processing all our student enquiries regarding our courses on offer.
- Processing all the student enrolments in our Aged Care, Disabilities, Dental Assistant, Health Support Services and First Aid / CPR courses.
- Processing all tuition fees for our students enrolments.
- Filing / archiving student files.
- Processing Students Police Checks via our online system.
- Processing all Blue Cards for student enrolments to work in the disability sector.
- Processing student surveys into our management system.
- Collecting / posting all the mail on a daily basis.
- Banking.
- Processing Credit card receipts.
The successful candidate will need to have -
* A current Police Check and Blue Card.
* Must have your own transport to get to and from work.
* Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well on the phone or in a face to face environment at our Campus.
* Have the ability to work on your own, in a team environment and meet weekly deadlines.
* Excellent computer skills - word, outlook, excel and power point.
The successful applicant will also need to have evidence of their flu and COVID vaccination prior to commencing employment.
