To support the continued growth and success of their Construction Division, their is an opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join the team. Administration Assistant
Join the growing construction team, based in Brisbane's Inner Northern Suburbs, with parking available on site. Work closely with a team of Project Managers and Site Managers to provide administrative assistance, including:
- Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Email management
- Collation of reports, project plans and manuals
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Assist with the programming and forecasting of project timelines
- Preparation and review of contract management documents
- Document control
- Tendering documentation preparation
- Preparation and maintenance of site safety and equipment registers
- Provide general project, safety and quality administrative support,
- Procurement - resources including equipment and material
- Ad hoc administrative support as required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for your success in this role, you will also demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience in administration - essential
- Previous experience within the Construction or Trades Industries - highly regarded
- Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative with the ability to plan and prioritise whilst working to tight deadlines
- Confidence working onsite, and communicating with clients and staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner
- Process driven, professional attitude and strong work ethic
