As an Administration Assistant you are an integral part of our customer experience and this role would suit a proactive, organized, self-starter, with a positive & enthusiastic energy to add to our close-knit team.
The Role:
- Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:36pm
- Effectively managing a high volume of Data entry, Assisting with compliance, POD's, Drivers run sheets, Ensure loads of Dangerous goods are compatible and provide pallet correspondence.
- Multi tasking & prioritizing Emails & Phone calls
- Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customer, both internal and external.
- Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries including reporting on misdirected freight

Previous experience with in the transport industry an advantage
Successful applicants will have a passion for people, portray very good communication skills and be keen to learn the art of Customer Service.
