Administration Manager

With growth plans afoot and opportunities galore to expand, to support this growth they are seeking an  Administration Manager.

Snapshot of Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and supporting the Sales Director and partnering cross-functionally with other areas of the business, you will be directly involved in planning sales strategies, supporting the sales team, & developing relationships with corporate retail buying teams
• You will be at the forefront of all customer service opportunities to deliver an outstanding experience at all levels; supporting the sales team by providing them the tools to do their job, you are the conduit between them and your retailers
• You will develop new customer relationships & nurture existing relationships. Working internally with sales and logistics, you will provide timely and accurate reporting to these business units, so they also can perform at their best
• You will be a problem solver and on a daily basis will take ownership and accountability for your categories, success is through their performance.

What it Takes:  

• Experience within a B2B environment that is fast paced, is critical
• You take responsibility and accountability for your role and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Intermediate to advanced skills working with Sales & CRM related databases along with knowledge of the Microsoft suite. Advanced Excel skills is highly desirable as are Tertiary Qualifications in a Business related discipline
• Experience working with and communicating with external parties, you are the brand ambassador for the business
• Strength in organisation, time management and attention to detail is paramount
• A fun-loving attitude where you work hard and take great pride in what you do and how you do it.
