Administration & Office Assistant
Have you been looking for a new role where you will become part of a cohesive team, working alongside the Office Manager and business owner to provide personalised, accurate and timely support to the team and external stakeholders.
- Permanent Part Time
- 3 days per week
- $30-$35 per hour (negotiated based on experience)
- Start date in February 2024
If you have previously worked in an office – administration – accounts – PA/EA type role in a building & construction or trade related business, this role would be perfect for you.
About you -
- Reliable, proactive, approachable team player
- Answer incoming calls & correspondence in a friendly manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Exceptional attention to detail when entering information
- Experience reviewing paperwork (eg. invoices, purchases, receipts, etc) and data entry in CRM or Accounts Software (training will be provided if needed)
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
