Job Description: As an Administration Assistant at Sunrise Pools, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient pre-construction processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and generate accurate quotes and contracts for potential projects
- Assist in obtaining necessary approvals and permits for construction projects
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure all pre-construction documentation is complete and accurate
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to facilitate effective communication
- Assist in general office tasks to support the overall functioning of the company
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
