This role is part of the Assets & Operations Group and has a pivotal contribution to Coliban Water's success by being focussed on ensuring Coliban Water provides high quality customer services by efficiently and effectively managing water resources, water, and wastewater systems, creating, and managing infrastructure, oversight of our strategic partners and planning for long term growth and development of the region.
Within the Assets & Operations Group, the Partnerships Administration Officer is part of the Strategic Partnerships Administration Team. The team's primary function is to perform contract administration functions of Coliban Water’s major contracts including managing contract compliance, performance monitoring, data verification analysis and processing of contract claims to payment.
A snapshot of your day
As our Strategic Partnerships Administration Officer, you’ll be accountable for:
Undertaking performance monitoring and analysis of operational service provision contractors
Provide Data verification analysis and reporting review analysis
Payment verification and validation of claims from operational service provision contractors
Processing and preparing monthly payments of claims from strategic partners
Conduct desktop audits and review programs of contracts performance
Provide Contract Administration assistance of operational service provision contracts and Public Private Partnership Contracts.
To be considered for the role you’ll have:
Demonstrated experience in a business or office administrative, finance, or a commercial focus related field
Excellent data analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving techniques
Comprehensive understanding of commercial principles and ability to apply professional judgement in determining fair and reasonable outcomes
Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to both influence and negotiate solutions
Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary and conditions for this position will be as per the Coliban Water Enterprise Agreement 2021.
Band 2, $61,250 - $68,069 salary range will be offered to the successful candidate commensurate with their skills and experience.
