With nationwide facilities, we are looking to a Customer Service Officer in our team. Our business has seen significant growth as a result we are pleased to announce we have recently moved into a Brand New State of the Art Facility. The site is based in Epping Melbourne.
This role will be best suitable to a fast paced, energetic individual that is looking to get their foot into the transport & logistics industry.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking to appoint a Customer Service Officer to deliver high performance standards around all aspects in Logistics and meeting the requirements for our customers and maintain health and safety and overall good working practices in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily service functions.
- Training across all Customer Service activities and the ability to be diverse within this role.
- Create, review, and edit consignment notes with great attention to detail.
- Be able to work overtime when needed.
- Takes initiative with customer issues, concerns and proactively provide solutions to deliver timely and effective resolutions to customer.
- Prioritising workload to ensure all receipts and orders are sent to the relevant departments to achieve DIFOT agreements.
- Ensuring all additional charges are captured and recorded daily.
This is a critical role that requires great attention to detail and efficient time management skills.
