Due to organisation growth, our office is a seeking a passionate & dedicated Administration Officer to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls;
- Meeting and greeting;
- Managing multiple calendars;
- Shared email-box management;
- Electronic filing;
- Management of internal & external correspondence;
- Data entry & collection;
- Document quality control;
- Recording & issuing of correspondence to stakeholders;
- Invoicing;
- Lodgement of Council applications;
- Preparation of reports; and
- Playing a key role in supporting our 3 offices.
ABOUT YOU:
- Savvy IT skills;
- Proficient in Office 365;
- Ability to prioritise;
- 3+ Years administration experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
- Outstanding professional presentation;
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment;
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people;
- The ability to take direction and focus on priority tasks;
- Attention to detail and a common-sense approach to resolving day to day matters;
- Problem solving abilities with a can-do attitude;
- The ability to juggle multiple matters and respond within a short timeframe; and
- A good sense of humour and desire to be part of a well-connected supportive team.
