They have one office in Brisbane and one located in Byron Bay - so the team gets to maximise the opportunities to work at both firms throughout the year and enjoying a change of scenery. They are looking to bring on a fantastic Client Solutions Officer to support their expanding business.

About The Role:
As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:

• Looking after client-related matters
• Liaising with ASIC and ATO (including ATO mail)
• Raising queries with the directors or the accountant on a specific job
• Adhoc office management 
• Ensuring compliance work deadlines are met (e.g., PAYG)
• Adhoc personal assistant work - inbox management or assisting in scheduling for a Director.

About You:
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a positive, fast-paced, intuitive individual
• Have experience with Handisoft (not essential!)
• Have at least 2 years' experience in an administration role in an accounting firm 
• Have experience dealing with ATO and ASIC 
• Have great communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Be someone who loves collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team
