They are looking to bring on a fantastic Client Solutions Officer to support their expanding business.
About The Role:
As an Administration Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Looking after client-related matters
- Liaising with ASIC and ATO (including ATO mail)
- Raising queries with the directors or the accountant on a specific job
- Adhoc office management
- Ensuring compliance work deadlines are met (e.g., PAYG)
- Adhoc personal assistant work - inbox management or assisting in scheduling for a Director.
About You:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be a positive, fast-paced, intuitive individual
- Have experience with Handisoft (not essential!)
- Have at least 2 years' experience in an administration role in an accounting firm
- Have experience dealing with ATO and ASIC
- Have great communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Be someone who loves collaborating with a dynamic and supportive team
