About the role: We are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join our administration team within the Immunology department of PathWest.
As an Administration Officer, you will provide a comprehensive confidential administration sevice. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain office stationery and consumables, including preparation of budgetary estimates and authorisation of stationery supply requests.
- Co-ordinate iProcurement standing orders for the Immunology department.
- Set up accounts for new staff including iProcurement, email and ICT access, adding to distribution lists and MS TEAMS groups.
- Develop, implement, and document office systems and procedures.
- Maintain departmental administrative records, databases and filing systems in accordance with designated systems.
- Arrange departmental meetings; including venue, audio-visual and catering requirements and transcribes minutes of meetings, reports and teaching material as required.
