Your part in our UnitingCare Community team
We’re seeking an Administration Officer to join our Gold Coast Homelessness Service team. As a key support role to the delivery of our services, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring business operations are run efficiently. As an Administrative Officer you will:
- Provide a range of general administrative activities which require initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity
- Diary and meeting management and coordination of travel arrangements
- Undertake the processing of a range of general financial functions including petty cash, payment of accounts.
- Maintaining quality processes and procedures
- Document preparation including human resource forms, reports, presentations and submissions
What makes a difference for us?
- Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration or Business is essential.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload
- Good knowledge and experience with MS Office and Database applications
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
