It is the purpose of this role to provide a professional and courteous Switchboard service to staff and customers of the Campus on a 24/7 non-cyclic roster, ensuring appropriate action and response within suitable timeframes. Effectively manage and process after hours referrals received for Post-Acute Care Services to strict time frames.

- Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement in setting work priorities and problem solving.
- Demonstrated high levels of keyboard clerical and administrative skills and a sound ability to use a range of software applications including Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint, electronic databases, record and email management systems. Knowledge or the ability to gain an expert knowledge of HBCIS, Outlook, HCare, RMS, S4Hana, Smart Referrals Workflow Solution and Refer.
