We at Diverse Asset Maintenance Services are looking for an extraordinary Administration Officer that isn’t afraid to get stuck in and do other duties when called upon.
The right person will report to our Office Manager and will need to:
- Know your way around a computer.
- Understand scheduling and time constraints.
- Liaise with customers and have a good phone manner.
- Be able to follow guidelines, but also be adaptable when the occasion requires it.
- Having experience with Reckon or an accounting package is preferred but is not essential as long as you’re willing to be trained.
- Have a friendly character, with the ability to be both firm and flexible, i.e. be able to think quickly & change plans where unplanned situations arise.
- Work with different teams, i.e. Arborists, Cleaners, Tradesmen, etc.
- Work well under pressure and time constraints.
- Have a good attention to detail with problem solving ability.
- Provide backup for other team member absences.
- Manage the quoting system for our Arborist work.
- Assist with our Teams toolbox sessions.
- Be the 'go to' person at front of Office.
- Collect mail and keep office stationary stocked.
