We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records, monitoring official email channels.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various administrative and operational initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain accreditation standards.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary equipment is available for use.
- Assist with the coordination of events, workshops, meetings, and other organisational activities.
- Perform general and all other admin duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Qualification and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the NDIS industry.
- Knowledge of NDIS procedures and regulations is preferred.
- Strong organisational, time management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in theMicrosoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with patient management systems or CRM will be highly regarded or proven ability across other participant management systems.
- Strong customer service skills, creating positive experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
