About the role..

We are seeking two part time Administration Support Officers to join our thriving Sunshine Coast practice. We are looking for candidates with stong administration and communcication skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of front-office activities including reception, client experience, data entry, assistance with marketing tasks and client/lead follow up, and office maintenance. This is a part time role for which we are hiring two candidates in a job share capacity.

Your role will be to:

  • Communicate with other staff members and book or schedule suitable times for internal and external meetings.
  • Manage the general mail inbox responding to emails and queries and onforwarding correspondence in a timely manner.
  • General filing, scanning, downloading of documents with a focus on data integrity.
  • Screening calls, investigating and responding to queries and answering non-technical questions from clients.
  • Assisting our Client Services Manager to deliver client communication.
  • Fill in on annual leave and sick leave as much as possible in a job share role.
