Job Description:
Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of their customer service department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and providing excellent support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and issue resolution.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction and response times.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
