Apromo Trading is a family owned business specialising in the importation and distribution of high quality European chocolate, patisserie ingredients and various retail packaged chocolates and confectionary, Based in Sydney, in 2011 Apromo Trading opened the Victorian Branch servicing VIC, TAS and SA. The VIC branch consists of a small team of sales, warehouse, delivery drivers and the Administrative Assistant.
Qualifications & experience
- Accounts Receivable experience desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel in particular.
- Several years experience in a similar role.
- Drivers licence essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Receive incoming phone calls. Assist GM as required.
- Raise Sales Orders and Invoices
- Notify customers of out of stocks and ETA’s of new stock arrival.
- Monitor Aged Debtor Balances and initiate initial debt recovery process.
- Raise Reports and Quotes for Sales Representatives.
- Maintain office and kitchen space in a clean and tidy manner.
- Assisi General Manager asa and when required.
- Monitor and order stationary and consumables as and when required.
- Liaise with appropriate Head Office staff as and when required.
