We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our friendly, professional team based in Wahroonga on Sydney’s North Shore. This is a part time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required). Position Overview:
You will be joining a small team in a pivotal role as Admin Assistant to the Director. This is a Wednesday to Friday, 9am-5pm part-time position. We are a fast-paced team offering a friendly, supportive and professional working environment with lots of variety.
About you:
You may be seeking your first position having completed a TAFE course or similar. You will be a diligent worker with excellent communication skills and be able to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the role. A current driver’s license is essential.
Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good computing skills (MS Office Intermediate)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive problem solver
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and Discreet - punctuality, reliability, and discretion with a commitment to upholding confidentiality across all levels of the organisation.
- An energetic, bubbly personality with a “can do, will do, I can get done” attitude is essential.
