About the role
As Administrative Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to provide effective administrative support to the ADVCE Leadership team's office operations. This position requires a fusion of analytical, creative, and critical thinking skills to actively contribute to comprehensive problem-solving and devise inventive solutions. It involves the planning and management of event logistics, workshops, and meetings to ensure organised and effective execution.
To be successful in this position, you will have:Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level administrative support in complex environments, with the ability to act with diplomacy, discretion, and tact
Ability to work independently and to use initiative and problem-solving skills to take responsibility for following through enquiries, correspondence, and activities
Demonstrated ability to organise, prioritise work and complete tasks to meet tight deadlines
