The Opportunity
Join the Department of Forensic Medicine as an Administrative Officer and play a crucial role in supporting the Accredited Training in Sexual Violence Response (ATSVR) Project, funded by the Commonwealth Department of Social Services.
This position involves working on projects addressing the sensitive and crucial topic of sexual violence with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities include responding to queries, supporting committees, providing E-Learning support and producing reports. Additionally, the role involves managing medical training stream enrolments, from processing applications to advising course facilitators and generating reports. Effective communication and organisational skills are essential to keep all stakeholders informed and ensure the project's administrative aspects run smoothly. The Administrative Officer will also act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners, including medical practitioners, rural and regional health services and various government bodies.
We are seeking an experienced administrator who possesses excellent administrative skills, a proven ability to implement effective operational processes and strong organizational abilities.
