In this role, you will provide essential Administrative Support to the Contracts and Governance Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of research-related processes and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Administrative Support to the Contracts and Governance Officer.
- Enter contracts into the database, review contract terms, initiate execution workflows, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Triage and respond to inquiries related to contracts via phone and email, under the guidance of the Contracts and Governance Officer.
- Author and send correspondence to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain essential documentation and database entries in accordance with key performance indicators and procedures.
- Assist with general office administration tasks as required by the Office for Research team.
Requirements:
- Immaculate attention to detail and commitment to procedural compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
