About the role
- Social media management and marketing
- Managing office maintenance & supplies
- Organise Social events like Christmas parties, Quarterly celebrations, and more!
- Organising industry events - Golf Days, Poker nights and sport corporate boxes
- Managing flight schedules and accommodation for our mining employees
- Answering the office phone and reception duties
- Assisting Consultants, Managers, and Payroll with any overflow tasks
- Data entry
About you
- 1-2 years experience in administration or a similar role
- A genuine interest in Social Media & Marketing
- Experience with Office 365 is preferable
- You have a high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Do you possess a natural ability to take initiative?
- Tend to have solutions and ideas for problems that may arise
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- You’re system & IT savvy
- High level of accuracy in data entry
- Have a can-do positive attitude
- Time management skills & adaptive
- Motivated self-starter who can work autonomously and within a team environment
