Elite RV Motorhomes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aftersales and Service Warranty Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty, accessories, and spare parts for both new and used Motorhomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any aftersales issues.

Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims for new and used motorhomes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and service departments to resolve warranty-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain a database of warranty information, ensuring all relevant details are recorded accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow queries through to resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to requests for information both written and verbal.
- Maintain inventory of warranty accessories and spare parts, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Continuously improve warranty processes and suggest innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Liaise as required with staff from other departments to gain information and to resolve customer queries.
- Escalate any questions to the relevant personnel if they are technical or complex.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive, caravan or motorhome industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and documentation.
- Knowledge of warranty insurance, accessories, and spare parts is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Qualifications in business admin, customer service or equivalent
- Diagnostic and mechanical background highly advantageous
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
