Looking for start in the Freight Forwarding Industry ?
We are an International freight forwarding company with offices in all States of Australia and part of an international network of agents operating in a niche and rapidly growing market.
We are looking for an Airfreight Administration Assistant for our Sydney Head Office located in Port Botany.
Within the role you will be required to:
•Audit Airfreight files to ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing.
•Check and Compile monthly P&L statistics.
•Check and compile monthly volume statistics.
•Check supplier invoice anomalies, investigate and seek credits as required.
•Manage cost input into Cargowise system.
To be considered for the Role you must meet the following criteria:
•A "can do" attitude
•Have exceptional Excel Skills – Advanced Preferred
•Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment is essential
•Your own means of Transport (CAR) as no public Transport is available
Experience within the Freight/Shipping Industry essential.
