We are currently seeking an AO3 Administration Officer for a temporary assignment working with a Queensland Government department located in Brisbane CBD.
Anticipated for an initial period of 2 months, there is a likelihood of extension and previous experience providing high level, efficient, professional and confidential administration support is essential.
Key duties include:
- Providing administrative support (previous program/project support advantaged)
- Conduct phone calls to members in the public and to Queensland businesses
- Responding to enquiries and general administrative duties as required.
To be considered for this temporary assignment, your application should demonstrate:
- Aligned administration support experience
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a team and also individually
- Demonstrated knowledge and skill in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Inbox Management with the confidence to learn and use new systems and databases quickly
- Availability to commence as soon as possible.
