About the company:
Our client is a state government department, undertaking an exciting new project, and they are looking for a project administration candidate to join them for a 12 month long term temporary assignment. Come and join this exciting project!
About the role:
Providing all administration support to the day to day running of a project team
Wordprocessing
Office logistics support
Purchasing equipment and supplies
Correspondence and email management
File and document management
Assisting with any queries - internal or external
Diary management including scheduling and attending meetings, and coordinating events and seminars
Travel bookings
About you:
You will have experience working in any project environment
You will have previous administration experience including diary and travel management
You will have intermediate to advanced IT skills
You will have strong time management and organisational skills
You will be flexible and comfortable working in a fast paced ever changing environment
Benefits:
ASAP start pending National Police Clearance
12 month temporary assignment
Full time hours Monday to Friday
Brisbane CBD location - close to all major public transport links
$43.27 to $48.25 per hour + super
