Your new role
APS5 team members will be accountable for Claims Management work that requires high level cognitive skills, empathy and resilience. We have a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration across teams. All roles have a supportive team to help in delivering outcomes and work in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative way. For the opportunity to begin or build on your career supporting employees return to work and federal government operations.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience in analysing information, managing risk and using judgement to inform decisions.
- Resilient, responsive and collaborative with a proven commitment to individual and team outcomes.
- Developed communications, stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Experience working in service delivery operations.
