SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity to work across our NSW store network, supporting one of Australia's largest specialty retailers. You'll be an integral part of the Retail Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work within our iconic heritage brand: Noni B!
Reporting to the General Manager in this 12-Month Contract role, you will work closely with the Retail Operations teams, and our dedicated in-store team members providing leadership, guidance and coaching on sales and store operations to motivate and engage for high performers. Critical to your success will be your passion for fashion, your drive to succeed and your ability to motivate and mentor a fantastic, dedicated team of Store Managers.

- Use your KPIs to coach your team and improve sales performance
- Train and develop your team of managers to success
- Coach and drive your team to achieve sales targets
- Handle recruitment and performance conversations within your stores
What will you bring to our team?
- While experience in multi-site management is preferred, we're open to great retailers early in their career who have a passion for fashion!
- Strong coaching and sales skills and business acumen to lead your team to high levels of success
- A bubbly personality and calm demeanour - you are proactive and not precious about being hands on
- Preferably a background in fashion, ideally with apparel knowledge
