Asset Manager

Reporting to the General Manager of Asset Management, the position is to help in managing the performance of the Group's real estate assets, realty business units and hospitality assets inclusive of Emporium Hotel South Bank.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maximizing each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance. Inclusive negotiating third-party contracts including insurance, maintenance, agency, building services and energy contracts etc.
• Work closely with the Group’s General Managers, third-party property managers and leasing agents to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis, and approvals relating to the Group's realty activities.  
• Management of CAPEX-related works relating to the group's real estate assets, inclusive of overseeing tenant fit-outs, Hotel improvements etc.
• Management of Leasing and Tenant activities associated with the group's commercial and retail assets.
• Aid in managing the cash flow of the associated assets with the accounting team.
• Aid in developing and distributing periodic asset management reports, including tenancy schedules, R&M plans, Capex plans, etc.
• Manage coordination of post-acquisition activities and integration of assets into the Group’s portfolio and asset disposition processes.

Key Criteria:

• Proven experience in asset and property management.
• Good understanding of lease agreements both commercial and retail, insurance policies, and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects efficiently.
