The Opportunity:
We are seeking anAssistant Asset Manager to work closely with the Asset Managers to assist strategic plans, manage tenant relations, and maintain property standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and following up on repairs and maintenance for properties.
- Conducting regular and final inspections for each property.
- Preparation of correspondence and reports as required including but not limited to landlord financial reports.
- Follow up in arrears with tenants.
- Internal and external stakeholder management.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors for prompt action as required.
- Ad hoc assistance to senior Asset Managers
About You:
- To be able to communicate well with all stakeholders.
- A team player who actively participates in company projects.
- Ability to work under high-pressure conditions and to comply with strict deadlines.
- Strong client relationship and people management skills, with the proven ability to develop trust and credibility.
- Common office packages with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office and CRM experience is highly regarded.
- Interpersonal/telephone skills.
- Excels at time management, planning, organisation and computer skills.
- High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and resourcefulness.
- A high degree of accountability and attention to detail.
- Flexible and open to change.
- Minimum of 6 months in commercial property (desirable), however, we will consider residential experience.
- Agent's Representative Certificate.
- Victorian driver's license (must have).
