About The Opportunity
As an Assistant Development Compliance Officer you will be the first point of contact for addressing low-priority complaints and escalating higher-level complaints in order of priority in the complaint prioritisation system. You will conduct preliminary investigations and collaborate with the Development Assessment team for compliance. You'll also assist in preparing enforcement correspondence and provide essential administrative support to the Development Compliance team. About You
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality administration support in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience providing high-level customer service and de-escalating customer complaints
- Current Drivers Licence
- Certificate IV in Local Government Compliance or equivalent advantageous
- Experience in a support role in regulatory compliance or enforcement advantageous
