The role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager and Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily operations of a busy CBD office, whilst also providing administrative support to various departments across the group. One day you could be preparing sales contracts and organizing catering for an in-house meeting, the next day you could be driving down to the Gold Coast to set up a sales display. We are seeking someone with a can-do attitude who has strong attention-to-detail and can think outside the box. This role is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make the job their own and implement new systems and processes to ensure a positive and seamless office environment.
Duties include but aren’t limited to –
- Managing incoming phone calls and providing front-of-house support for meetings and events
- Provide administrative support across the business where required both in person and virtually
- Learn and assist with contract administration with support from the Contracts Admin and Operations Manager
- Managing stationery and office inventory, collect mail from Post Office, provide support to Executive Assistant with other ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Ad-hoc queries as required
Ideal candidates will possess -
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Acrobat Pro (mandatory).
- A willingness to learn and be flexible
- Enthusiasm, Can-do Attitude, Attention to detail
- Highly organised, punctual/committed and great customer service skills
- Well presented
- Able to deal with multiple stakeholders and easily handle shifting priorities
