The Company
You will be working for a dynamic and Australian property organisation who are located in Melbourne’s CBD. They are looking for a superstar to join their friendly and collaborative team!
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this varied position incorporates a bit of everything! You will be exposed to all elements of the bid process as well as assisting with additional marketing activities.
Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Download tenders and prepare tender summaries
- Delegate tender sections to internal and external stakeholders
- Format all tender schedules to ensure they align with brand standards
- Review and collate tender submissions including printing and binding
- Send out tender deliverables and calendar invites
- Address client requirements by interpreting client briefs
- Design, develop and distribute branded marketing collateral
- Provide ad-hoc marketing assistance to the wider team
Are you the ideal candidate?
- Proven experience in a tender writer / Bid Coordinator position within the construction or property industry
- Strong Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills & good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, confident and a "can-do" attitude
