About The Opportunity
We are seeking a billing professional with a strong work ethic that is resourceful and shows initiative to fulfil the following duties:
- Data entry, validation and management
- Energy billing and administration
- Payment collections and debt management
- Handling escalated customer service queries and complaints
- Monthly reconciliation and reporting
- Setting up new client accounts
- Client account management
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
About You
- Strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly
- Motivated and proactive with a desire to be a high achiever
- A problem solver and a good team player
- Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office and excel
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Excellent communication skills
Highly Regarded Attributes
- Accounts receivable experience
- Body Corporate/Strata title industry experience
- Utilities and energy sector or similar experience
- Debt recovery or credit control experience
