We work on traditional and design and construct projects using high-quality products from a well-integrated supply chain. You will be joining a family-owned group of multi-disciplinary companies operating within the engineering and construction sectors.
We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team. This position will be on a full-time basis and will be available to commence immediately.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Using Quickbooks Online accounting platform in conjunction with our project management software
- Bookkeeping and data entry
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Customer and supplier accounts reconciliation
- Journal entries
- General business and administrative support as required including reception duties
Essential skills and experience:
- Minimum qualification: Certification in Bookkeeping or Degree in accounting
- Previous experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred) or other accounting packages.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong work ethic displaying professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Friendly and approachable.
