YOUR OPPORTUNITY
You'll be at the heart of managing the company's everyday bookkeeping tasks. This involves overseeing financial and accounting processes and preparing financial reports. You'll handle all accounting transactions to ensure our client’s external accountant can create profit and loss and management reports accurately.
The role:
Financial Management:
- Allocate and reconcile banking, credit cards, and post account transactions.
- Take ownership of invoicing and credit control processes.
- Allocate and code transactions to General Ledger accounts following established guidelines.
- Perform data entry of invoices and associated paperwork.
- Issue debtor statements and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
- Generate management reports for monthly meetings.

To be successful, you will need:
Education and Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar senior bookkeeping role.
- Essential proficiency with MYOB Exo software.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and team success.
- A dedicated team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Possess a 'can do' attitude and have that ‘spring in your step’.
- Commitment to the Mission, Vision, Values, and Purpose of the company.
Desirable:
- Formal qualifications in Finance Administration desirable.
