Bookkeeper- Work With Wealthy Families | Full Time | Inner East Location

Reporting to the CEO and management team, this role focuses that all Accounting reporting within FFO Business Services (Tax Agent) have been completed in a timely manner.
In this role, you may be responsible for:

• End to end payroll – Processing pay runs, superannuation, payroll tax
• Updating practice and client files using MYOB or XERO for monthly reporting
• management any unusual transactions and abnormality in investment performance report;
• Preparation of loan statements and schedules for monthly distribution;
• Preparation of monthly electronic workpaper files, including filing and archiving electronic workpapers and covert hard copy to PDF where required;
• Using accounting software Xero and Class Super to prepare Monthly/quarterly BAS/IAS;
• Using accounting software Xero and Class Super to prepare annual Financial statements and Income tax returns (including SMSF);
• Reconciliation
• Practice accounts payable management
• Business support for the practice
• Building client relationships and providing on-going support.
• Month end journals including balance day adjustments
• Supporting other team members
