About the Role:
Reporting into the GM Marketing and Customer Experience, the Brand and Events Manager is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing brand strategies for in Australia and New Zealand. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing brand campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging to enhance market presence and drive business growth. The Brand and Events Manager will also be responsible for planning and executing multiple events across Australia and New Zealand ensuring consistent branding, messaging and optimal brand awareness and return on investment. These events will require close collaboration with the retail dealership network across ANZ.
Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a similar field
- 5+ year's marketing experience with strong background in event management and brand management
- Ideally experiencing rolling out new brand plans nationally or internationally
- Hands on experience driving events end to end, from concept ideation to execution and reporting
- Experience in agri/farming/hardware ideally or a strong interest in this space
- A willingness to travel regionally across Australia and New Zealand throughout the year
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to build rapport and trust quickly and the confidence and challenge ideas and influence others
- Excellent project management and budget management skills
- Experience analysing data and identifying trends to drive all decision making
- A person interest and/or connection to regional Australia and New Zealand
