AddressLooking for a Residential Building Manager to work on a Mix Use Tower in Sydney City for a 7 week period. The role is standard hours, working Monday - Friday. This role will begin in the first week of February
Duties:
• Manage the maintenance and repair of the building and its facilities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and other stakeholders
• Respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of building operations
What you'll need to Succeed?
• Previous experience in Facilities/ Building Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Pay Rate:
• $40- $43 p/h + super
