Business Admin Traineeship - Shoalhaven Water Nowra NSW, Australia Gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Administration Earn an income while you study Located in South Nowra Start your Business Administration career with a traineeship through HVTC Group & Host Employer, Shoalhaven Water. About these opportunities You will complete a Cert III in Business Administration over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with your Host Employer, Shoalhaven Water. Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to: Provide administration support to the Shoalhaven Water Team Provide high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders via telephone, in person, online and in writing. Provide general administrative support to the team such as data entry, records management, printing, preparing correspondence and conference tasks with the opportunity to assist with system implementation. Use technologies such as computers, computer software, photocopiers and phones to carry out duties Assist in general administration duties that are within the limits of the skills, competence and ability of a trainee The successful applicant To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities and knowledge: Commitment to both on and off the job training Demonstrated interest and passion for the Administration industry Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills and knowledge Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment Ability to work in a team environment and positively contribute to team goals About HVTC Group HVTC Group is an expert in the employment and training of apprentices and trainees.
