Position Overview:
As the Business Development Manager - A&D Specification (Flooring), you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging builders, architects, and designers. This position requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in developing and securing flooring specifications within the A&D community.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement:

• Cultivate relationships with builders, architects, and designers to understand their project needs.
• Collaborate closely with the A&D community to position our flooring solutions for specifications.
• Specification Development:

• Drive the specification process for our flooring products within construction and design projects.
• Work closely with A&D professionals to ensure our flooring solutions align with project requirements.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the flooring industry.
• Develop and execute targeted Business Development strategies to secure specifications.
• Sales Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team to translate specifications into successful flooring sales.
• Provide insights and support to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development within the flooring industry, with a focus on A&D specifications.
• Strong network within the construction and design community.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and exceed sales targets.
