PGF Insulation has an opportunity for an industry experienced, self-driven sales individual, to be part of a dynamic and results driven team to manage the sales functionality across all market segments encompassing residential, commercial, industrial and HVAC applications.
Reporting into the National Sales & Technical Manager, this customer interfacing role has the ongoing responsibility for the customer and segment development across all channels, aligned to the company’s corporate vision, culture and sales budgets across the full portfolio of products/systems within the ever-expanding PGF Insulation offering.
A hands on-role within a fast past team dynamic that will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate and develop sales success for PGF Insulation.
Consultative and natural customer interactions within the role will ensure the daily sales journey delivers continuous exceptional customer service through delivering on our committed offer.
Some duties include:
Sales order pipeline ownership
Disciplined and focused revenue growth in alignment with pre-determined regional targets.
Highest care for customer service
Meet or exceed agreed upon sales forecasts for volume and revenue
Assume full responsibility for sales volume, revenue and margin targets with disciplined pricing
Develop a comprehensive sales plan aimed at achieving goals
Cultivate superior relationships with colleagues and customers, ensuring long term success
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
Provide analytics as required to effectively drive growth
Make full use of all digital tools including ZOHO (CRM), tracking 100% of activity on a weekly basis
Cohesive liaison with the operational team
Knowledgeable technical support and shared industry insights
Candidate/Position Requirements:
5+ years of proven (industry relevance preferable but not mandatory) sales experience
Demand management / strategy with demonstrable and relevant record of achievement
Passionate, hard-working, self-driven and motivated
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong and natural presentation and communication skills
Well versed in (KPI’s) management scorecard, with strong analytical ability
An understanding of insulation
A good understanding of Excel
