About the Role:
This is a sales role responsible for business of the company’s security products and services. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of distribution channels. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
The main responsibilities:
- Establish and recommend the most realistic Business Development strategies for the security products.
- Identify distribution channel opportunity to develop business aligned with the product line market strategy
- Product presentations and demonstrations to existing and potential customers
- Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information (RFI) or a Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Assist with software evaluations and/or pilot projects.
- Support at external and internal customer facing events, including organization of stands and presentation themes
- Build relationships with prospects or existing customers.
- Liaise with local, Oceania and corporate support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical inquiries that may arise during the sales process.
- Find and qualify of the opportunities and/or identification of target accounts.
- Work with customers, prospects and sales representatives to build a compelling and competitive business case and ROI (Return of Investment).
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to break through into new business market and develop new customers.
- Detailed knowledge of Hikvision product offering.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Excellent organization skills proven ability to multi task and prioritizes under pressure.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into cost-efficient solutions.
- A team player with the ability to adopt a project leadership role where necessary.
- Willingness to travel.
