The Role
The role exists simply due to the growth of the business, so we are looking to employ a Business Development professional to oversee our existing client base and develop new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities in this role will be to;
Set strategy for market growth and customer targeting.
Qualify all leads for viability.
Support all our existing relationships and look for additional revenue opportunities.
With the product development cycle, be the lead on communications and updates.
With new product development processes, ensure they are timing and cost-effective, and all stakeholders are updated so that product development processes and production are accurate and deliverable.

We need a humble sales professional who understands that it is a team sport for ultimate success at Premium Blends; you will need to work closely with new product development and production. To unite through strong communication when challenges arise and celebrate as a team when we succeed.
Intelligent sales professionals initially spend time understanding the new product and production processes. Be emotionally intelligent to manage all stakeholders' expectations to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Be an ideas person and have the confidence to share your thoughts and listen to others so, ultimately, you can provide outstanding products and services.
Ideally, you have B2B sales and strong customer management experience. In your current role, you must show that you have proven communication, client relationship and negotiation skillset.
Any exposure within the nutrition or supplements industry will be highly regarded, as will any related education ( food science or technology).
