As a Business Development Manager you will work closely with the business owner, Digital Marketing Manager and Customer Success Manager to create and deliver sales strategies that sell to senior business executives ranging from Finance, Operations and IT across enterprise level organisations. The technology platform provides a professional service that enables organisation to help fund current and new business initiatives.
You will be generating and following leads, closing opportunities and working with the Customer Success Manager to on board new customers. You will also be up selling new features and working with customers and the product team to build new features.
Ideally you will have experience selling a SaaS platform that solves business problems to enterprise level customers. You will understand the sales process of education – where potential customers are not aware that this solution exists or a problem they have can be solved in this way. You will have experience working with digital marketing on sales strategies and be able to confidently deliver webinars and follow up on leads that these then present. You will have a demonstrated history of success in sales where you have consistently achieved or overachieved targets.
