The company's extensive global network of 200+ offices provides abundant resources for this position, which entails a primary focus on generating new business opportunities in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
As a national role, remote applicants from outside these areas are also being considered.

Role Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to and engage new prospects
- Forge connections and strategic partnerships through active networking
- Act decisively to generate quotes and evaluate client needs swiftly
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers at all levels
- Arm yourself with market insights to drive conversations with prospects
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Go above and beyond to provide world-class service to clients
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Business Development within Global Freight preferred
- Experience in targeting SME clients who are Suppliers, Vendors, or Manufacturers is highly valuable
- Applicants must exhibit drive, determination and hunger for new business opportunities.
