Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW with flexibility for some remote work.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible:
Develop new business opportunities, get new clients.
Maintain existing client relationships, ensure provision of high level customer service to
clients
Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Present company's services, value proposition, and competitive advantages to prospective
clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by the company.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
Experience in Business Development, sales, or marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
An outgoing and confident personality with a professional approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is highly desirable
Experience in the recruitment or professional services industry is an advantage
