Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW with flexibility for some remote work.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible:

 Develop new business opportunities, get new clients.

 Maintain existing client relationships, ensure provision of high level customer service to

clients

 Develop and Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

 Present company's services, value proposition, and competitive advantages to prospective

clients.

 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

 Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as defined by the company.

Qualifications:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong business acumen and negotiation skills

 Experience in Business Development, sales, or marketing

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 An outgoing and confident personality with a professional approach

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 A degree in business, marketing, communications or related field is highly desirable

 Experience in the recruitment or professional services industry is an advantage
