Description
New Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the Freight Forwarding sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our client portfolio.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Analyse data to identify key market segments and potential business opportunities.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure successful execution of sales plans.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure contract compliance.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development within the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
