Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive/Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding our client base across various industries. 

While experience in digital transformation isn't mandatory, a background in selling a service based solution would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries for our suite of digital transformation services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify key players and market trends.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Actively prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and presentations for client engagements.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the account management phase.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitive offerings to effectively position our services in the market.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales. 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
